Most of what we did in the 1st module is learning the basics of programming both in theory and application. At the end of the year made a working piano application that only uses 8 keys on the computer along with some neat animation. We also learn the basics of design particularly in making a poster and web design. Although my old website is erased i can still show my poster design here. There is an interactive movie group project as well but I didn't find that as impressive to be put on this site. The script can still be found here and it is made with Tanja Kampman, Silas Witterock and Danielle
Module 2 expands on the programming course lightly and in addition also introduces us to the Arduino. I played around with the Arduino from time to time but most of my personal experiments ends up in failure (atleast for the time). In the end of the module I've managed to make a working electronic Ukelele (with my partner Chulakit) with nothing more than a distance sensor and cupboard cutouts. You can see this project here.
On the other side of the spectrum we also learned how to sketch objects for design and conceptual visualizations. these are mostly to help us give some form of visualization for our projects both for us and clients. I've made multiple sketches in during this course and you can see them all here.
The other things we learned in this module include maths and engineering.....
